for everyone
Woke up at 6.00am in the morning. We were transfered to KK Park office for breakfast. Buffet breakfast at Balsam Cafe is Rm25.00/pax. I took the buffet and 2 pieces of half boiled eggs which cost me another Rm5.00.

The Guide Lazarus and Hanson are ready to distribte the name tag at 7.00am. These is the tag and permit to enter the National Park for the coming two days.

I decidedd to hire a porter to carry my stuff as I was twisted my shoulder two days before. My backpack loaded with stuffs is 8 kgs and the camera gears + tripod is is weighed 7 kgs. I would likes to enjoy the journey with my photography and not suffering along the Mesilau Trail.

Transfering from KK Park Office to Mesilau Natural Resort, Tambang Gate were cost rm12.00 per pax. We stopped at Kundasang Town to top up the foods and necessary.

Porters and Guides are packed their lily leaf rice and nasi lemak at here. The sky is cloudy and going to rain any time.Farmers and residents are busy at their activities. It is look similar to the scene at Cameron Highlands.

Harvested vegetables and farming collections are sold along the way. Old vehicles can be seen scatter around this area. We proceeded to Mesilau Naturl Resort after the quick shopping at Kundasang Town.

Briefing was delivered by Guide Hanson. He is only 26 years old with smiling and photogenic face. Group photo was taken and Sulaiman is busy with his video shooting.

Mesilau Trail is a very easy trek as compare with others treks at Peninsular even though it was 2 km distant longer than the Timpohon Trail. Those who has undergone regular training or hiking before this will not suffering any problems.

16 of us and yet 2 were suffering the muscle cramp at the laps and ankles, and 3 were suffering the knees pain.

Scenery along the trek are not as good as expected because of cloudy and thick mist. Weather is cold at 15 deg C and camera will get fogging easily.I have only managed to capture some of the macro shots of floras along the trail.

Guide were stopped for their lunch at 12.30 noon. I was given to taste on their fodds. Ohhh myyy.. that was not the flavours that I would likes to take it.

Pitcher plants can be found 9000ft above the sea level. Open up the eyes and look below the benneth and above the head your find many subjects for photograph.

I was reached at Laban Rata Guesthouse at 3.00pm temperature showing 10 deg C just outside the building, Whilist the last one from my group reached Laban Rata at 5.50pm with guide Hanson accompany.
